How do you make appointments?

All jobs are handled by our contact centre team. They arrange the appointment and schedule a repair technician to do the work. As soon as they receive details of the customer, they call you to make sure they understand the full extent of the damage and to verify that the repair is within our scope. They make an appointment at your home, place of work or an Autoglass® branch, whichever you find most convenient. Details are sent electronically to the technician's hand-held computer - it's a completely paperless service. If an authorisation is needed, the technician sends digital photos of the damage when he arrives, and awaits the go-ahead. When it's complete and you're satisfied, your company is billed.
