Chris Eldridge – General Manager
Chris has been General Manager of AutoRestore since it’s inception in 2001. He joined parent group Belron® in 1997, initially as a regional Operations manager for Autoglass® and later became the UK Operations and customer service manager for Autoglass®. Before joining Belron®, Chris served in senior management positions with a number of International and UK based blue-chip retail organisations. As GM at AutoRestore® Chris heads up a skilled and passionate team whose aim is to deliver an innovative and industry leading customer service experience. He is also responsible for the strategic development of the business. Chris is married with 3 children and lives in Bedfordshire .
Patrick Dignan – Customer Experience Director
Patrick joined AutoRestore®
from Autoglass in September 2005 and was initially tasked with
building a Customer Contact Centre that would underpin our outstanding proposition
in the market place.
In December 2007, having amply demonstrated the above, Patrick accepted his current
role the purpose of which is to ensure that our Customer Experience and Strategic
IT programmes are aligned to enable 100% Customer Delight.
